Q2.Do you have MOQ for your product?
A: We want to support our customer without MOQ request.
Q3. Can I have a sample order?
A. Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A. Sample needs 7 days, mass production time needs 3-5 weeks, it depends on order quantity.
Q5.Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. We welcome OEM orders.
Q6:How long does the warranty?
A: In general, the time is 1 year.
Q7: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T and L/C
Q8.Which certificates do you have?
A:We have CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS ...etc.
Q9.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. For mass order, you can choose Sea or Air shipment.
