Warranty Terms （2026）
Scope of Application:
All series of high-voltage DC contactors, DC Circuit breakers of
1.Hongfa brand
2.Lazzen/Nader brand
3.ALQ brand
And other brands officially sold by Beian New Energy Co., Ltd.
1.Warranty Period
1.Standard Warranty: 12-month factory warranty starting from the shipment date.
2.Extended Warranty: extended warranty more than 12 month requires written specification of operating conditions in the contract; otherwise,
the standard 12 month warranty shall prevail.
2.Warranty Calculation Rules
1.Without special agreement, the warranty period is uniformly calculated from the shipment date; for complete vehicle supporting projects,
the start date can be agreed as the equipment off-line date in the contract.
2.Replacement products within the warranty period inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product. If the remaining period is less than 3 months, a 3 month warranty will be guaranteed.
3.Warranty Service Content
1.Within the warranty period, if the original factory confirms product manufacturing defects after inspection, free product replacement or
maintenance services will be provided, and the supplier shall bear the round-trip logistics costs of faulty products.
2.Exclusion of Indemnification: No indirect losses shall be compensated, including but not limited to equipment downtime loss, disassembly
and assembly labor costs,supporting equipment damage and project delay losses.
4. Warranty Exclusions (Warranty Invalid If Any Item Applies)
1.Operation beyond the rated parameters on the nameplate, including over-temperature, over-altitude, and service in harsh unprotected
environments with corrosion or dust;
2.Non-standard installation, incorrect or loose wiring, and operation without matching protective devices such as fuses and freewheeling diodes;
3.Unauthorized disassembly or modification, damage caused by human impact, water condensation, lightning surge and other external forces;
4.Normal consumable losses including contact arc wear and end of electrical service life;
5.Defaced nameplate, tampered serial number, no valid shipment certificate, and operation beyond the warranty period.
5.After-Sales Process
The customer shall provide shipment documents, product nameplate information and fault descriptions.
Faulty products shall be returned to the original factory for inspection, and the test report will be issued within 7 working days.
Qualified manufacturing defects enjoy free after-sales service; man-made or conditional damage will be handled on a paid basis.
